Your assigned advocate will accompany you to all suppliers to assist in the selection of cabinets and counter tops, appliances, fixtures, and lighting while documenting all selections. B Jar also has created a unique custom cost control process that will make certain every addition or deletion to your plan is documented, priced and approved by you before any work is done. This process is unprecedented in the homebuilding industry.

Your owner advocate will schedule inspections and, for those not living in the immediate area, will provide progress photos and routine progress updates. Meetings and inspections will be documented for you. Once your project is finished to your satisfaction, B Jar will conduct a customer satisfaction survey to be certain all desires have been fulfilled.
